Darwin Festival Seasonal Brand 2021
Darwin Festival is the highlight of the Top End calendar – a celebration of music, visual art, theatre, dance, comedy, cabaret and much more. It was a privilege to work on the 2021 Seasonal Brand – a colourful, expressive combination of the festival colours in a master rainbow gradient, candy pink striping and tropical heliconia, the Bird of Paradise.
The striping represents transformation – a gradual change in state – and can be read as blinds, louvres and the strings of musical instruments.
